About the event
Join us for our monthly initiative to bring people together through the joys of rhythm. ALL ARE WELCOME! Whether you're a pro drummer or brand new at music, there is a place for you in this community building rhythmic experience. We provide the drums -- all you need to do is show up ready for fun. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY -- although it is always welcome.
This will be a large, improv-style circle that looks JUST LIKE THIS. This is NOT mindfulness on the big drums, however, we will facilitate the circle to be sure it sounds excellent :)
We're also excited to drum for the first time at a new location in Pastorious Park! Exact location will be emailed to all participants 24 hours prior to the event : )
-- if there's bad weather, we will either move inside or reschedule.
This event will be a nominal $10 to help cover the rent for the room and our facilitator's time.
