Yes! We are always looking for talent to add to our team. If you want to be a drum circle facilitator and have interest in drum circles, rhythmic events, mindfulness, and how all these things are connected to wellness and mental health, please email us and let's explore what makes sense together!

As a general policy, we do not offer refunds for events, we offer credits in the same amount of your purchase that can be used on other RhythmetriX events**

Outdoor events are tricky as we cannot control the weather. The reason we don't offer refunds is we still have to spend a bunch of money marketing events -- so if it rains and everyone gets a refund, we lose a bunch of money and that is not a sustainable business model. By holding onto purchases and rescheduling, we don't lose money AND you don't miss out on events!

For timing, your credit will last the calendar year you purchased it in (except purchases made in December -- they will be valid until March 1st of the following year). If you need a special extension or have a special circumstance you believe exists outside of our policy, please contact us at Hi@RhythmetriX.com and we'll do your best to work with you!

**a tiny portion of our events have specific requirements or rules participants must abide by. If you cannot or choose not to follow them, your credit will not be valid for one of those specific events, but it will absolutely be valid to any of other events we throw that have no requirements or rules whatsoever. We screen participants for those special events and reserve the right to deny any potential customer we feel does not meet our criteria in order to preserve a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all!

Yes! Our founder, Max, was a labor consultant. Before that, he was a Human Resources Director. . Madison regularly helped facilitate team needs in her time working for WeWork before being certified as an Integrative Coach. Michael specializes in finding common ground between people who don't want to work together. As a result, we specialize in corporate team building as we bring a professional know-how most drum circle facilitators simply do not have. From small businesses to large corporations, we are confident we can meet the needs of any business.

Anywhere within a 10 hour driving radius of either city, unless, of course, you have the budget to compensate us for further drives or to fly us nationally. We have driven all the way to northern California and have been flown into the rain forests of Costa Rica -- if you can afford it, we will travel to you!
